RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to turn things around by offering our ‘happiness guarantee’ policy. Our products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We’ll cover the return or exchange shipping if you’re in the US. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. We want to make sure our products speak to you and the story you’re living in.
Please contact us to get the return label for free shipping and you can print it out and stick it to the package so that we can be well received the returned item.
- What items are not returnable? Item’s labeled as “FINAL SALE”, items are worn, torn, washed, used and not in its origin tags or conditions.
- I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item? Yes you can, go through the return process and specify its an exchange for a new one.
- Are there any charges (handling fee) for returns or exchanges? There are no charges for returns or exchanges. We cover the shipping cost too. Pretty cool huh? Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn outdoors to receive credit in any form.
- How soon will I get my refund? Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-8 business days (depending on your bank). You will receive an email confirmation.
- When will I receive my exchanged item(s)? Once your package is in transit we’ll process your new exchange order within 1-2 business days. It will take us 2 business days to fulfill your order. An email notification with tracking will be sent out once it ships.
